Christians urged to remain hopeful

Father Francis Attim, Curate at the Our Lady of Apostles (OLA) Cathedral of the Catholic Church in Tamale, has advised Christians to remain hopeful, even in the midst of challenges, because “There is always an end to every situation.”

Father Attim, who gave the advice when he delivered the Easter sermon at the OLA Cathedral of the Catholic Church in Tamale, said the Resurrection of Christ should encourage all to believe that “They can rise out of their challenges and bad ways of life.”

He emphasized that “There ought to be a change in us, so that we forever remain the salt and light to the world.”

He said the Resurrection of Christ must be a living experience for all Christians, since it granted humanity perpetual freedom.

Father Attim, therefore, urged Christians to work hard to consolidate the gains made as a result of the Resurrection of Christ.
