Christians told to be dedicated to God’s word

Kumasi, April 19, GNA – The Reverend Salomey Amoakoah Adiyiah, Head Pastor of the Church of Light Mission Ghana, has challenged Christians to maintain high moral standards in their endeavours. This, she said, would strengthen them to be more committed and dedicated to the worship of God. She was preaching the sermon at a thanksgiving service of the Church, which was under the theme: “A Year of Multiplication” in Kumasi at the Weekend. Rev. Adiyiah advised Christians to be wary of false prophets and self-styled men of God, who dupe unsuspecting church members, under the guise of having seen visions and received prophecies from God. She underscored the need for members of the church to forge ahead in unity and be each other’s keeper to accelerate the church’s development. 19 April 09
