Christians to tap God’s blessings – Rev. Frimpong

The Founder of the Holy Spirit Fire Chapel, Rev. Kwesi Frimpong, has reminded Ghanaians and especially Christians that before they could experience the power and blessings of God, they needed to accept the Holy Spirit as the Spirit of truth.

He noted that before the departure of the Lord and Master Jesus Christ to Heaven, he promised that the Holy Spirit would descend from Heaven and dwell with men who believed and accepted him.

The Rev. Frimpong said this in a Christmas message at the Holy Spirit Fire Chapel in Takoradi.

Preaching a sermon on the theme; “The Holy Spirit as the comforter of men,” he charged Ghanaians to be mindful of the fact that unless they obeyed the commandments of God and walk in his statutes, they could never experience his manifold blessings.

The Rev. Frimpong admonished Christians to eschew all forms of evil and follow the footsteps of Christ in order to give meaning to his birth as the saviour of the world.
