Christian Ministry gives to Bolgatanga Hospital

Bolgatanga, Dec. 9, GNA – Preparing The Bride Ministry (PMB), a Christian charity organisation based in Carolina in the United States, on Tuesday presented assorted items valued at 15 million cedis to the Bolgatanga General Hospital.

The items include a variety of surgical equipment, slightly used clothes, orthopaedic facilities and clutches.

Making the presentation a representative of PMB, Sister Trudy Hill, said the organisation basically seeks to provide training support to African pastors and relief assistance to villages and children in Africa.

She said the organisation has initiated a number of projects including a feeding project known as “More than Enough”, at Kata, in the Wa District of the Upper West Region under which about 200 children are fed on three times daily.

Sister Hill said the organisation is to establish its African Headquarters in the Upper East Region and added that plans are far advanced to establish another feeding centre in the region.

Sister Hill said the items received were donations from community members in Carolina, who were touched by the plight of needy persons.

The Upper East Regional Minister, Mr. Mahami Salifu, who received the items expressed appreciation for the gift.
