Christian Life Way Church launches Pastors Conference

Apostle Evans Adams, General Overseer of Christian Life Way Church, has bemoaned the increasing number of immorality among the youth, such as indiscipline, drug-abuse and murder.

He noted that in spite of the proliferation of churches in the country, such acts continued to be on the ascendancy.

Apostle Adams made the remarks at the launch of the Pastors Conference 2015 of the Church at Ashiyie, near Madina on Sunday.

The two-day conference which takes place from May 12 to 13, is aimed at equipping and empowering the Pastors to be able to face the challenges, and also pray for peace and stability of the nation.

Apostle Evans attributed the increasing number of such acts to broken homes, and the increase in the number of video centres, and urged churches to intensify their evangelism to curb the menace.

He urged the youth to be law-abiding and put their trust in the Lord to enable them to succeed.

Apostle Evans tasked the pastors to desist from acts that may tarnish the image of the clergy.
