Cholera cases in Koforidua declining

Koforidua, April 7, GNA – Cholera cases in the New Juaben Municipality is now declining, Dr Daniel Asare, the Medical Director of the Koforidua Regional Hospital, said on Thursday. He said the Regional Hospital now records an average of four cases daily as compared to 20 cases recorded daily at the outbreak of the disease in mid Marchr. Dr. Asare told the GNA in Koforidua that as at the time of the interview there were only seven people on admission and that the hospital had so far recorded total of 305 cases with one death. 07 April 11
