While Finance Minister, Mr. Yaw Osafo Maafo, has borne the brunt of public bashing for the controversial CNT loan, information emerging appears to suggest that it was Trade, Industry and PSI Minister, Alan Kyeremateng, who conducted the negotiations with CNTCI and its consultants.
