Chiefs of Ave-Havi unite for development

Torgbui Agboka Sowu IV, Chief of Ave-Havi, has asked the youth of his area to support their traditional leaders for development.

“I go to his palace and he also comes to mine. We now sit together to arbitrate over issues that come up. We are sorry for all what happened,” he said.
