The Chief cautioned communities in the area against setting bush fires, which could destroy the wooden poles, forests and farms. Nana Kwame Bi also appealed to the government to rehabilitate the Nyinahin Junction-Achiase road to facilitate the evacuation of foodstuffs to the marketing centres.
