Chief Imam to hold Fifth Annual Ramadan Lecture

The Office of the Ghana National Chief Imam has announced plans to organize the Fifth Annual Ramadan Lecture on July 19, to educate Muslims on leadership, governance, and morality.

The lecture on the theme: “Effective Leadership, Governance and Morality” would be organized in collaboration with Muslim Youth in Free Enterprise.

Dr Mohamed Ibn Chambas, United Nations Secretary-General Special Representative for West Africa, would deliver the Keynote Address, with President John Dramani Mahama gracing the occasion as the Special Guest of Honour.

The lecture, an interactive forum, would include participants from the Diplomatic Community, business and corporate sector, the media, politicians and representatives from governments, Muslim Clergy and the general public.

It has been an integral part of the Chief Imam’s Ramadan programme over the past years.
