Chief donates sets of jersey to schools.

PWD Camp (W/R), Dec. 15, GNA – Nana Kwesi Appiah I, Chief of Nyametease and the Wassa Fiase Dwantuahene, on Thursday donated two sets of jerseys estimated at about GHc2,000 to PWD Camp, a community in the Prestea Huni Valley District. He said the gesture was to motivate the youth of the community to participate actively in foot ball.

Nana Kwesi Appiah had earlier on made similar donations to the Primary and Junior High Schools as well as boys and girls teams in the area, all estimated at GHc12,000.

Receiving the set of jerseys on behalf of the community, Nana Kojo Baidoo II, Chief of PWD Camp, expressed gratitute to Nana Kwesi Appiah for his immense contribution towards the promotion of sporting activities in the area.

He advised the students to take keen interest in their education and desist from negative social vices that will destroy their future.
