Chief calls for peacefull Yuletide, elections

Ho, Dec. 25, GNA- Togbe Kotoku XI, Paramount Chief of Kpenoe Traditional Area on Christmas Day called on Ghanaians to let the birth of Jesus Christ humble them to carry out the presidential runoff on Sunday December 28 in peace.

He observed that though Jesus Christ was born a King, He had a humble birth and was humble and asked Ghanaians, especially Christians to be inspired by that nature of Christ, to enable them to control their actions and inactions during the elections. Togbe Kotoku, who gave the exhortation at a Christmas Service at Jubilee Christian Centre in Ho urged Christians not to become too familiar with the celebration of Christmas and forget the importance of the Day.

The Revered James Noble Tulasi, Head Pastor of the Church advised the congregation to celebrate the Day in modesty and be peace throughout the yuletide, the run-off and thereafter.
