Celebrate X’mas With School Fees In Mind – NUGS

The National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) has urged parents to spend their monies judiciously to save enough for their childrens education early next year. Recognising the harsh economic conditions confronting the country, NUGS says it is concerned that parents might spend at the expense of their childrens education.

The Students Union is therefore asking parents to guard against frivolous expenditures so that they can save enough for school re-opening in January. In a statement to mark the Christmas festivities, the NUGS President Edward Kofi Omane Boamah also called on motorist and pedestrians to be extra vigilant to make the yuletide accident free.
