CCG wishes BECE candidates well

The Christian Council of Ghana wishes all Junior High School (JHS) candidates writing this year’s Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) well.

The Council encourages candidates to stay focused, confidence, encouraged, disciplined and avoid actions that are contrary to the examination rules as they start the exams on Monday.

Parents, guardians and teachers are entreated to prepare the candidates psychologically and, properly equip them with the necessary materials to enable them write the exams well.

The Council further encourages candidates to avoid post-paper analysis and, look ahead to the next paper by properly organizing themselves for the following day’s paper to avoid stress on exams day.

While the candidates will be at the center stage during the examination period, we acknowledge and commend the roles that teachers, parents and guardians have played in preparing students for the examination.

It is our prayer that God will grant them retentive memory, good health and the ability to excel in Jesus’ name.

We encourage each of the candidates with Proverbs 3:5 which read “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.”
