A 24 –year –old car washer Kwaku Appiah, has been jailed five years in hard labour for illegal possession of narcotic drug.
Appiah pleaded guilty.
Prosecuting, Inspector Abraham Oduro told the circuit court presided over by Mr. Ahmed Yusif Asibey, that the police on November 2 arrested the convict smoking cannabis.
