Cape Vars project gives cement for School Expansion

Kasoa, Jan. 19, GNA – The University of Cape Coast Fieldwork Diffusion Project has donated 68 bags of Cement to the Ngleshie Amanfrom Secondary School at Amanfrom near Kasoa. This brings to sixth, the number of communities being served by the project, started in 1994 to find the impact of social interaction on family planning.

Mr Peter Aglobitse, Director of the project made the presentation. Others benefiting from the services of the project are Tuba, near Kasoa, Fami, Brenu Akyinim, all in the Central region and Komfoeku and Abuesi in the Western Region. Mr Aglobitse said the items were meant to assist in the expansion programme of Government Assisted Secondary Schools.

Mr A. L. Lawson, Headmaster of the Ngleshie Amanfrom School, thanked the project for its assistance saying, it had come at the right time when the school needed building materials for constructional work. Present was Mr Joseph Ashon-Cudjiw, Chairman of the Parent-Teacher Association of the School.
