Calvary Apostolic Revival Church holds maiden English service

La (GAR), Feb. 06, GNA – The Calvary Apostolic Revival Church (CARC) has held its maiden English service, as part of measures to bridge the communication gap among its members from different walks of life. The move is to afford some members, who do not understand the predominant local languages such as Ga and Twi, the opportunity to benefit from church activities.

The Chairman of the church, Rev. Ishmael Anum-Sai made this known in a= n interview with the Ghana News Agency at La in Accra, on Sunday. Earlier in a sermon on the theme, “My season of increase”, he urged Ghanaians not to 93despise their small beginnings”, since they have the potential for great endings in future.

Rev.Anum-Sai said nothing worthwhile comes easily in life, hence Ghanaians must persevere in the face of daunting challenges. He said for Ghanaians to reap the blessings of God, they must ensure discipline in all aspects, prioritize their life, by placing God first, persevere and maximize their potentials. In all, 166 members attended the first English service of the church.
