CONVENTION THEME: “LEVERAGING OUR CORE STRENGTHS TO OUR BENEFIT”

In July, Greenbelt, Maryland will play host to KNUST ALUMNI ASSOCIATION’s 2013 National Convention – four days of first-rate professional networking opportunities and organizational soul searching sessions. Every other year, KNUST alumni, affiliate members and officials from across the country and from Ghana converge at a biennial National Convention. This summer, they’ll explore what is (and isn’t) working in our associations, both in Ghana and in the Diaspora, including, but not limited to, our financial support of the association and our ability to make a lasting impact on campus.

Get a world-class convention…with a regional twist The KNUST ALUMNI ASSOCIATION’s 2013 National Convention will help you advance your knowledge about the importance of alumni associations and sharpen your skill set through a series of organization-building sessions including: investment opportunities and outreach – these are just a few of the close-to-home topics on tap for the 2013 convention.

This year’s convention is a strategic one redesign and also promises even more opportunities to engage in discussion and forge connections with fellow alumni whose collaborative contributions in the areas of the discussion topics are so critical to the future of our dear Association.

Please join us at this crucial moment in the growth and development of our association, and the University and help turn things around. THE FUTURE OF THE ASSOCIATION RESTS ON YOUR SHOULDERS. LONG LIVE KNUST.
