Cadres Urged To Remain United

AN organisation, the United Cadres Front, has called an all its members to stand firm and resolute, in defence of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the times ahead.

In a statement, issued by the Acting Chairman, Alhaji Amadu Abubakhar, the Front noted, with concern, a machinery, set in motion by opponents and detractors of the party, aimed at its destruction and therefore stressed the need for unity to counter the actions of the opponent.

It called on all members to stay clear of the destructive and divisive discussion and work towards the recapture of power, in 2008.

Finally, the statement advised that internal problems be resolved outside media focus. “Let us learn to resolve our issues as members of one family.”, it added.

The statement had earlier congratulated members for the positive role they played during the electioneering campaign, even though the party has been declared losers.
