The Omanhene of Sunyani Traditional Area Nana Bosoma Aso Nkrawiri has lauded the NDC government for it’s numerous development projects in the region.
The Chief made the statement when the Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur as part of his four-day tour in the region called on him at his palace.
The Chief said all that is needed in the country is peace and unity before, during and after the elections, since its a contest of ideas.
He said there are lot of rumours in some quarters that some people and parties have plans to rig the upcoming elections.
He said if it was true that parties are prepared to rig he doesn’t know but that should not be the option because it is the Almighty God who makes kings and that he (God) has already decided who would win for continuity and peace.
He asked for Gods blessings and guidance for the NDC so that everything goes on well come December 7.
