Prosecuting, Police Chief Inspector Matilda Tetteh told the court presided over by Mr Charles Asiedu that, the complainant was a representative of the Burkina Faso Chamber of Commerce in Ghana, whiles the accused worked for the Chamber.

She said on July 8, this year, the complainant detected that Ishmeal had used some fake invoice to steal CFA 2.455 million an equivalent of 39.440 million cedis from the Chamber. A report was then made to the Regional CID and the accused was arrested.
