Bronkong gets 20-seater water closet toilet

Residents of Bronkong, a fast-growing community in the Afigya Kwabre District in the Ashanti Region, have been provided with a 20-seater water closet toilet facility.

The facility was provided by the African Toilet Foundation (ATF), a non-governmental organisation, in collaboration with Frimpotel Service, after the District Assembly discussed with them the need for a toilet facility for the inhabitants.

The assemblyman of Bronkong, Philip Sarkodie-Addo, told ClassFMonline.com Friday, June 17 that prior to the construction of the toilet facility, the inhabitants had had no decent lavatory for three years.

He was full of optimism that the people would put the facility to good use.
