Sunyani, Sept. 21, GNA- The Brong Ahafo Regional celebration of this year’s World Tourism Day at Kintampo would include sporting activities and other tourism potentials.
A statement signed by Mr B.A.F. Tapena, Acting Regional Manager of the Ghana Tourist Board (GTB) said the celebration would have the theme, “Sports and Tourism: Two Driving Forces For Mutual Understanding and Development of Societies”.
The objective is to use sports and tourism to foster unity, promote understanding and engender friendship and brotherliness among Ghanaians, the statement said.
