British Trade delegation arrives in Ghana

Accra, (Greater Accra) 25 Oct, ’98 The Chairman of the British Overseas Trade Board, Sir Martin Laing, arrived in the country on October 25, for a two-day official visit. The visit, which is part of a West-African tour, is to enable Sir Laing to learn more about Ghana’s divestiture programme.

He and his entourage are expected to meet their Ghanaian counterparts to exchange views and explore areas of investment.

Sir Laing will also call on the Vice-President, the Minister of Finance, and the Minister of Trade and Industry and hold a meeting with the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre and the World Bank Office in Accra.
