Two officers of the Winneba District Police were shot and killed in a gun battle with suspected armed robbers Monday night, a police spokesperson has said.
A police source has told Myjoyonline.come that the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Alhassan and other senior police officers are in Winneba to assess the situation.
