A boy believed to be 16 years, Kofi, alias ‘Pushe’ has stabbed his friend Dennis 20 years, to death at Asuofua in the Atwima Nwabiagya North constituency of the Ashanti region.
The former Assembly Member for Asuofua- Asamang electoral area, Hon Osei Kwaku Micheal confirming the sad incident said the suspect used scissors to stab his friend Kofi leading to his death, after a misunderstanding ensued between them.
Dennis was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH). His body has since been deposited at the hospital’s mourge.
The suspect after committing the crime has since gone into hiding to avoid being arrested.
The Asuofua Police Command has been notified of the incident and has commenced investigations.
