A 15-year-old JHS two pupil has been asked to marry a pregnant sheep at Agona Badumase in the Ashanti Region after being caught having sex with the animal.
Accra FM’s Prince Yeboah, reporting, said the boy – whose name has been withheld for legal reasons – was on Friday July 15, between 7.30 and 8pm caught having sex with the pregnant sheep behind a school building.
The bestial act is believed to have led to a miscarriage by the expectant ewe, causing the owner of the sheep to demand from the boy’s parents, the performance of marital rites for the sheep within three days or face his wrath for the loss of the sheep’s pregnancy.
The matter has been reported to the police for further investigations.
