Bolgatanga Polytechnic Holds 9th Matriculation

Bolgatanga, Nov. 21, GNA – The Rector of the Bolgatanga Polytechnic, Dr Atinga Mba, at the weekend advised newly admitted students to stay committed to their academic work and eschew social vices that could endanger their future.

He said students were required to obey the statutes of the Polytechnic on and off campus and indicated that if the behaviour of students jeopardized the integrity of the school, they would be dealt with accordingly.

He warned the students to do away with acts of insubordination and advised them to be circumspect in their social lives and endeavour not to engage in unlawful practices both on and off campus.

Dr Mba made these comments in an address delivered at the 9th matriculation ceremony of the polytechnic to usher in fresh students to pursue various ‘
