Bolgatanga Central NDC elects Constituency Youth Executive

Bolgatanga, Oct 25, GNA – The Bolgatanga Central Constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at the weekend elected a 14-member Constituency Youth Executive.

The executive were all elected unopposed with Mr Abudulai Salifu, a 26-year-old teacher as the Secretary and Mr Anafo Patrick as the Assistant Secretary.

The Youth Organiser went to Mr Abu Salifu, a 38-year-old timber merchant whereas the Assistant Youth Organising Secretary went to Mr Nsobila Ayoliga, a businessman. Mr Joseph Nsobila Atoyea, a 40-year teacher and Mr Samuel Anafo, a 45-year farmer became the Treasurer and the Assistant Treasurer respectively.

The executive of the women’s wing of the constituency were also retained unopposed. They are Mrs Geogina Abongo, Secretary, and Mrs Felicia Apere, Assistant Secretary. The Organising Secretary is Mrs Stella Anafo, while the Assistant Organising Secretary went to Mrs Mary Nyaba.

Mrs Veronica Aloore got the post of Treasurer and Mrs Dora Amoah got the Assistant treasurer. The First and Second Trustees went to Mrs Amoah Adabre and Mrs Helen Apambila respectively. The Bolgatanga Central Constituency Chairman of the NDC, Mr Epsona Ayamga, appealed to the executive and party supporters to form a formidable and unified front to push the party to victory in 2008.
