Bolga: Rainstorm rips apart BOTECH, homes

Several school buildings and private residences have been ripped apart following a heavy downpour in Bolgatanga in the Upper East region.

The roof of the technology laboratory of the Bolgatanga Technical Institute was ripped off by the storm, rendering students helpless as their exams approaches.

Many adjoining communities have also been cut from each other as a result of the Friday rains which lasted several hours.
