Boateng Gyan’s name pops up in NADMO boss search

There is confusion over who to replace the immediate past head of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) Kofi Portuphy.

StarrFMonline.com has gathered that former national organiser of the NDC Yaw Boateng Gyan and two other deputy national coordinators of the institution Ebenezer Dosu and one Azantelo are in contention for the position.

StarrFMonline.com sources say although the NDC Chairman Portuphy prefers Dosu as his replacement, the party doubts his allegiance.

Boateng Gyan who appears the favourite of the party is, however, not in the good books of Mr Portuphy following their rancorous internal contest during the party’s national executive elections last year.

StarrFMonline.com can, however, confirm that names of possible replacement for Mr Portuphy have already been submitted to the President.
