Mr. Adongo Aidan Avugma, a teacher at the Holy Child Senior Secondary School and the Cape Coast constituency Secretary of the CPP is being harassed by agents of the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI).
Mr. Avugma’s crime is that he has dared to sign a statement supporting the leadership of the CPP against attacks from Dr. Kwesi Nduom, Minister of Economic Planning and Regional Integration and Mr. Freddie Blay, Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament.
According to Mr. Avugma, an agent of the BNI stormed into his home, showed him his identity card and began questioning him extensively on a written statement he had issued to the press.
