BNI boss sues Palaver & Radio Gold

The National Security Co-ordinator, Mr Francis Poku and the Director of BNI, Mr Amofa have jointly filed a libel suit against Radio Gold and the Ghana Palaver newspaper.

The suit was in response to a series of stories in the Palaver newspaper in which Mr Poku and Mr Amofa were alleged to have conspired to fraudulently obtain a British visa for one Manama Tula.

The said libelous allegations were also repeated on the Radio Gold FM Station.

Mr Agyeman, counsel for the two informed the paper that the suits had already been served on the radio station and the newspaper, but a date was yet to be fixed for a hearing.
