Ho, Nov. 29, GNA – Winners of this year’s blood donors award in the Volta Region have described items to be presented as awards as discouraging.
“The ceiling fans and pressing irons to be presented as awards to regional best blood donors is an insult. The items will not motivate anyone to donate blood,” Mr Harrison D.K. Asiamoaso, an Electrical Engineering Student of Ho Polytechnic and a regular donor, told the GNA at a Regional Blood Donors ceremony.
