Bible School ordains nine new Ministers

The Alpha Gospel Church Bible School has held an ordination ceremony for nine newly trained priests with a call on Christians to work hard to bring hope and confidence to the society.

Reverend Philip Bayor, Founder and General Overseer, who ordained the priests, said they should assist the population to overcome despair and cynicism in the face of challenges.

The new ministers include the Reverends Regina Afoko, Prince Hans Fosu, Rosina Bayor, Paul Seidu Abubakar, Nicholas David Osei, Stephen Kwaku Acquah, Boakye-Yiadom Karikari, Peter Quansah and Alfred Kwadwo Poku.

Earlier, delivering the sermon under the theme, “Understanding the call of God”, Rev Kwasi Adomah of the Impact Family Chapel reminded the new priests that the call into the gospel ministry was a challenge and that they needed to be selflessness, dedicated and committed.

He appealed to them to ensure the true teaching of the bible was attained to expose the charlatans in the priesthood.

The Principal of the Bible School, the Rev Gabriel Bernard Owusu, commended the priests for their discipline and comportment.
