Accra, June 19, GNA- President Yayi Boni of Benin is to pay a two-day official visit to Ghana beginning Tuesday May 20, 2006. A statement issued in Accra on Monday by the Office of the President said whilst in Ghana, Dr. Boni would hold bilateral talks with President John Agyekum Kufuor.
He will later tour the Akosombo Dam site and interact with members of the Beninois community in Ghana.
The visit is his first to Ghana since assuming office three months ago.
President Kufuor and senior government officials would meet the Beninois President on arrival at 1530 hours.
