Ho, June 7, GNA- A 90-year-old man was stung to death by bees at his farm at Titrinu near Ho in the Volta Region.
Gabriel Anku who was reported to be working in his farm on Wednesday 23rd May died on the spot in the attack.
Ho Municipal Police Commander, Superintendent of Police, Joseph Kutu who disclosed this to the Ghana News Agency said the old man could not escape due to the severity of the attack. He said the body had since been deposited at the Volta Regional Hospital at Ho pending post mortem while investigation continued.
