Vice presidential candidate of the opposition New Patriotic Party, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has been installed the youth Chief of Sakumono by the Sakumono Traditional Council.
He was given the stool name Nene Amedeku Sorgbodjor (II)
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, who ended his 2-day tour of Tema Saturday, has pledged that the policies of the next NPP government will lead to a revamping of the Ghanaian economy to produce the needed jobs and prosperity for the people of Ghana.
“Our message to the people of Tema is simple and it is that Nana Akufo-Addo wants to really rebuild the economy of Ghana. SO far we have seen the economy going backwards. The fishing community is suffering, workers are suffering traders are suffering, the business community is suffering; that is the reality of what we have in Ghana today”, he said.
