Bawku West District Assembly donates Sport kits to SHSs

Zebilla (UE), Dec 15, GNA- The Bawku West District Assembly in the Upper East Region on Wednesday donated sports kits valued at GH¢6,900 to three Second Cycle Schools in the area.

The schools include the Zebilla Senior High School, Kusanaba Senior High School and Kusanaba Vocational Training School.

The sport kits which include 27 sets of jerseys and 27 footballs are meant to improve upon sporting activities in the District and were made possible through the District Assembly’s Common Fund.

Each of the four Houses of the Zebilla Senior High School and the Kusanaba Senior High School took one set of jerseys and a football each with each of the two schools also presented with six sets of jerseys and six footballs for their football teams.
