Bawku Hospital gets Equipment.

Bawku (U/E) Aug 18, GNA- Reverend Dr. Martin Bugri Nabor, of the Tamale Presbyterian Church on Monday, presented medical equipment, worth 12.7 million cedis, to the Bawku Presbyterian Hospital. The items included theatre apparatus, Infusion poles, Clutches and Gloves.

A US-based NGO donated the items.

Making the presentation, Rev. Dr. Nabor called on every individual to complement the government’s desire of making quality health delivery easily accessible and affordable to the people.

Rev. Dr. Nabor noted that, if individuals were to take up the responsibility of assisting health institutions regularly, many challenges confronting the health sector would have been minimized. The General Manager of the Northern Presbytery Health Services, Mr Agyeman Prempeh, received the items and expressed gratitude to Rev. Dr. Nabor for his foresight.

He promised that the items would be used for the purpose of which they were donated.
