Twifo Praso (C/R), July 28, GNA- The Twifo Praso Magistrate’s court has remanded Kwesi Atta, a 24-year-old barber, for defiling a seven-year-old girl from Wawase, near Praso.
Atta, whose plea was not taken, would re-appear on August 4. Prosecuting, Chief Inspector Henry Tanor told the court that on July 24, the mother of the victim gave her 2,000 to pay for her haircut at the accused person’s saloon.
After the haircut, Atta sexually abuse her. The next day she could not walk and when she was questioned, she told her parents the ordeal she went through, the prosecutor said.
