Ayeboafo calls for more social amenities

Ayeboafo (E/R), Dec. 26, GNA – The Ayeboafo community in the Akyemansa District of the Eastern Region, on Wednesday appealed to government to help provide more social amenities for the town and its surrounding villages.

Nene Narkey Ahiakwa II, Odikro of the area, made the request at a meeting of the Area Development Committee (ADC) to discuss among other things, the lack of development projects in the area.

Nene Ahiakwa said Ayeboafo lacked a Junior High School, potable drinking water, decent toilets, a market place, a clinic and above all a good road leading to the cluster of villages, to cart foodstuffs to the buying centres.
