Atwima Mponua District Education Office receives furniture

Nkawie (Ash.), May 10, GNA-Kinglife Construction Enterprise, a Kumasi-based furniture manufacturing company, has donated furniture worth seven million cedis to the Atwima Mponua District Education Office.

Mr Kingsford Agyare-Kudom, the Executive Director of the Company, said it was their contribution towards improving conditions at the office, which was recently opened.

He called on stakeholders in education to assist the office with logistics to promote teaching, learning and supervision of schools in the district.

Mr Agyare-Kudom said the Company would continue to work to raise the standards of education in the district.

Mr Eddy Obeng-Darko, the Atwima Nwabiagya District Director of Education, who also has oversight responsibility for the new district office, commended the Company for the assistance. He appealed to people in the area to make accommodation available and affordable to personnel of the office and other staff posted there to facilitate their work.
