Atwima district benefits from EU project

Nkawie (Ashanti Region) 21 April, The Atwima District Assembly benefited from 28 projects which cost 603 million cedis under the Ghana Government and European Union (EU) micro projects programme in 1997. Sixteen projects out of the number have been completed and duly commissioned, three are on-going and the remaining nine, which are boreholes, will be constructed soon. The projects included schools, sanitation and health facilities.
