Asokwa NPP parliamentary aspirant advices the constituents to register

Madam Patricia Appiagyei, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary aspirant for Asokwa constituency , has advised the people to register in the ongoing biometric voters’ registration.

She expressed discomfort about reports of anxiety among people in some areas of the constituency where the exercise has not yet started.

Madam Appiagyei appealed to the Electoral Commission to as a matter of urgency “act quickly to fix faulty registration equipment,” and assign adequate number of technicians to handle technical challenges to prevent delays.

She expressed worry that only two technicians had been assigned to 24 cluster communities in the constituency.**
