Asogli Queen-mothers commend President Mahama

Queen-mothers of Asogli Traditional Area have commended President John Dramani Mahama for elevating Madam Grace Adzroe to the position of Acting Controller and Accountant-General at the Controller and Accountant-General’s Department (CAGD).

In an interview with the Ghana News Agency, Mama Attrato II, Queen-mother of Ho-Dome and Spokesperson for Asogli Queen-mothers said President Mahama’s nomination of Madam Adzroe is an indication of his commitment to women empowerment.

Madam Adzroe, until her elevation, was a Deputy Controller and Accountant-General at the CAGD.

Mama Attrato described Madam Adzroe as “very respectful, hard working, assertive and competent”, with potentials of transforming the Accountant General’s Department.

“We are happy for Madam Adzroe. We saw it coming, and we are confident she will perform,” she said.
