Armed robbers attack students of Adobewura Senior High School

The Headmaster and students of Adobewura Senior High School (SHS) in the Atwima Mponua District of the Ashanti Region escaped death by a whisker after they were attacked by armed robbers Thursday night.

The incident happened at Buntumuroso when the victims were returning to their school after participating in the ongoing Inter Schools competition at Baba Yara sports Stadium.

In the event the Headmaster, Mr Addai sustained injuries which saw him being rushed to the Nyinahin government hospital for treatment.

Assembly member for Adobewura/Buntumuroso Hon Anane Frimpong appealed to Atwima Mponua District Police Commander, A.S.P Christian Dogbatse to deploy police on the road as armed robbers have been tormenting innocent citizens creating fear and panic among the inhabitants.
