Accra, May 19, GNA – Dr. Kofi Konadu Apraku, Minister of Regional Co-operation and New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD), has filed 1.5 billion cedi suit at an Accra High Court against The Chronicle and its publishers for defamation.
