Appointment Of Director Of Communications And Deputies

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has appointed Honourable Nana Akomea, Member of Parliament (MP) for Okaikoi South and Parliamentary Ranking Member for Communications, as Director of Communications for the NPP and its 2012 Campaign.

The former Information Minister will be assisted by five Deputy Directors of Communications.

In addition to the current Deputy Director of Communications, Mr. Curtis Perry Kwabla Okudzeto the following have been appointed:

· John Boadu

· Yaw Asamoah Buabeng

· Sammy Awuku and

· Olivia Quartey

Mustapha Hamid and Herbert Krapa remain Spokesperson and Press Secretary respectively at the office of the Presidential Candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo.

Other members of the Communications Directorate include, former NPP General Secretary Nana Ohene Ntow, Ursula Owusu, Stephen Asamoah Boateng, Frank Agyekum, Frances Essiam, Abu Jinapor, John Kumah, Yaw Adomako Baafi, Titus Glover and Honourable Dominic Nitiwul, MP for Bimbila.
