Appeal for support for upkeep of quadruplets

Tema, April 22, GNA- A 26- year- old unemployed woman who delivered quadruplets through artificial insemination at Pro Vita Hospital in the Tema Municipality has appealed for public assistance to cater for the four baby girls.

Making the appeal through the Ghana News Agency, on Friday on the condition of anonymity, she said although the hospital authorities have not charged her any fees she was responsible for the upkeep of the babies.

Dr Joe Mainoo, Obstetrician/Gynaecology in charge of the Hospital said the babies were in good medical condition. He said three of them weighed 1.550 kilogram’s while the other weighed 1.5 kilogram’s.
